Huge fan of this product! Bought for my 2025 Jeep Grand Cherokee with captain seats in the back. Well designed, sturdy, hard bottom that doesn’t cave in with my 72 lb pittie in it. I added blankets for comfort. I got her the small size and she can lay down comfortably while still being secure in the seat. Several reviews reported problems with the zipper, I have had no issues and it zips easily. I could see this maybe being a problem if the seat is secured too tightly to the headrests causing a pull in the fabric? But again, no issues for me to report in that regard. I highly recommend this product. It safely contains your dog, easy to install or take out, and fits perfectly in a captains seat (or a single seat if you have a standard 3 seat back). I also love the ventilated sides allowing air flow as we live in Florida and it’s hot! This is far superior to the standard back seat dog hammocks that I had always used before.

Absolutely PERFECT and comforting for my almost 4 year old 50lb poodle. She is less nervous on the car rides. Plenty of room, I put a nice thick blanket on the bottom and it frees up the other side of my backseat. It fit quite easily in the rear seat of my Honda 4-dr. Civic Hatchback. Super easy to setup- took about 10 minutes to set it up and install it.

My wife and I have bought many dog car seats in the past, and this has been the most impressive one so far. It fits both of our 15-pound dogs comfortably. It only occupies one seat, so it still leaves two seats in the back for passengers. The ability to take down the side makes it easy to bring our dogs around. The item is tall also, so it protects the interior door from dog scratches. I decided to only give it 4 stars because I think there is room for improvement. The zippers are a bit cumbersome to deal with. It gets stuck often when we have to bring down the side panels to let the dogs out. I applied a zipper pull to it, which helps a little. The other issue is the bag it came with. It's too small once you've attached the PVC rods to the side panels. I do understand that to store it, I would have to remove the rod, but that too is a cumbersome process.

Works so well for my car - I have captains seats for my second row and fit perfectly. My dog Zeus is a 62lbs pitbull and he has room to lay down and gets in and out with ease. Pretty sturdy for the price and easy to assemble.

Was super skeptical this would be sturdy, however, I am pleasantly surprised. Was super easy to install. Like others have mentioned, the zippers are a little stiff, but I don’t really use them now that the seat is installed. The velcro side is perfect for our dog to hop in and out. The best part? Our fur baby now hops right in and enjoys trips. She used to hate hopping in and would fidget and try to move around the backseat. Now she gets in all by herself and chills in her seat. The bottom panel is super sturdy - she’s 55 lbs and it holds her easily with no bowing. I think this is the secret to her comfort! The space between the seats to floorboard is now no issue!

Don’t know how we managed without this before. It is well built and bottom is solid. The large size is comfortable enough for a Shepherd to move and lay down. The pipes that give support to the sides are a bit flimsy and bent when the dog puts its full weight but we replaced them with 1/2” pvc pipes, works like a champ, the zippers are a bit tuff once new but they loosen up after a few uses. It does take up room once it’s folded but it fits in the trunk. Overall our dear Shepherd travels very comfortably and safe.

Perfect solution for my pup to enjoy rides in the new truck! We had a backseat cover for our 70lb sweet boy for the old truck, and it was inconvenient. No one else could ride in the back. Hair was everywhere. It was a mess. This solution is much nicer! While there will still be hair, it is not everywhere. Now, someone else can easily ride in the backseat. I might get one for our SUV too! Tips: You can level the bottom for your pup by using a rolled-up towel or a moving blanket. The bottom is rigid (which is nice) so you might want a softer foam mat for your pup to lie on.

Highly recommend! Our puppy hated car rides and now is so much more comfortable! She slept the majority of our roadtrip and it was so much better having her secured and not climbing all over us. If fits perfectly in our Ram 1500. It takes up 1.5 seats

There aren't many options on the market for dog car seats for bucket/captain's chairs. This does technically fit the back seat of my Sequoia, and allows a more stable base for my 35lb dog. However, there's a couple key features that are missed. There is no way to attach the cover/platform DOWN to the seat. It could flip up and can slide sidewise quite a bit in the event of a hard stop or crash. This could be easily be improved with a between the seat cushion attachment that 99% of car seat covers have. There is also no seat belt attachment. The "harness" is a terrible loop around the head rest which is a TERRIBLE idea in the event of a crash. The instructions aren't clear and I can see people using the safety strap attached to the neck which would be another TERRIBLE idea in a crash. There should be a way to feed a seat belt attachment through the bottom. The zippers the sides are difficult to use and very thin. I am concerned with regular use, as you need to get a larger dog in and out of the vehicle they aren't going to hold up. I haven't found anything better, but for the price point I am not enthused about this design. The instructions that have clearly been google translated to English ("Warm Tips") did give me a laugh.
