Better quality than Amazon basic, I have both and the Amazon basic one has low quality plastic outside.

The media could not be loaded. This kettle is not working. The lid keeps opening by itself, which is very frustrating and unsafe. I want to return this product, but there is no option showing to request a return. Please help me with the return process. Very disappointed with this purchase.

Functionality:Stopped working within one month and automatically started again don't know how many days it will work

Review after using this product for 3 months.Lid- not closing at all.On/off button not working.Auto switch off not working after boiyof water.Water won't be warm more than 30 mins against company claim of 4 hrs.After service is worst in the class. Phone lines always busy. Once connected to executive lines get disconnected frequently. Tough job to raise complaint.complaint tracking page is not opening on Android browser.So overall stovectaft product has no quality as well company does not have quality after service support.To avoid headache not to buy this product.

Although it doesnt gets off that means it will eaither boil water or keep it warm, thats a good feature for a kettle in this price range! Overall build quality is actually good
