I got these for my 9 month old cardigan corgi. She is not a power chewer but she definitely is a mod-hard chewer. I had gotten her a buffalo horn but as she was chewing it it would break into really sharp splinters and then she would try to eat them or just keep chewing them and I was afraid she would choke. I bought these goat horns about 1 week ago and so far she loves them! And I have not noticed any splinters. She had been chewing it frequently throughout the day every day and the pic is what it looks like after a week of consistent chewing. I like that they aren't hollow, although they do have a bit of a smell. I wiped it down with a wet paper towel before giving it to her and that seemed to help. I haven't seen any residue from her chewing it either. I will buy these again once she gets them both chewed down, provided they continue to not splinter.

I have a lab mix and basset hound puppy. These have saved many a shoe from getting chewed. Keeps their teeth nice and healthy too.

These last a long time and I don't notice small pieces every where, but boy do they smell! My dogs love them though! My shih Tzu waits for my terrier mix to soften it up then he comes in an nibbles at it. I would say these are a better fit for bigger dogs because of their size, but my shih Tzu is able to find a way to position it comfortably to chew.

These things last forever. My dog is a heavy chewer and one of these horns probably has 30 hours of chewing on it. I bought these 6 monthes ago and I just threw the 2nd one away.

I couldn’t be happier with my goat horn purchase. My dogs are thrilled to have them! These horns are nice because they keep my large dogs engaged and distracted. They have also lasted a long time, which is great because I get tired of going through the treats they gobble up.

I had to take this from my boy within minutes due to splinters. Today he's puking up pieces of it so a trip to the vet may be in order for tomorrow. Do yourself a favor and avoid these.

Our dogs love it! Both are over 80# and are heavy chewers. There are no spliters that come off of the horns like water Buffalo horns. If you’re familiar with water buffalo horns you know the odor that comes with it. Goat horns are far more subtle, barely an odor!

I’ve ordered similar bones to these from another vendor in the past. These however are hollowed out! Very disappointed to see that. All the insides of the bone are what actually clean their teeth really well.
