Serious antioxidants. I take two in the morning and two in the evening because it seems to spread the effect out. They help with recovery. The pills taste okay their size is reasonable to me. Recently a dietician warned me about body burden and supplements. These pills ease the burden of digestion, it's veggies. Good buy.

Can definitely feel a little extra energy, not like a surge but an overall feeling of being able to go longer than expected. Lack of energy has been a thing for me but when I remember to take them consistently I do notice a difference in mind clarity and just an overall feeling of well being.

Easy to swallow. These have cellulose gel caps that makes them easy to swallow and not too big. Some others are big and uncoated, which makes it hard to swallow because of the grass taste and the size. Good way to get fruits and veggies in your diet when you're a busy person.

The capsules are easy to swallow and I believe the extra boost of vegetables and fruits really makes a difference. Also shipment arrived on time.

Good quality product but hate that you have to take 4 capsules each time. Needs to be Consolidated into 2 pills.
