Played a role in taking care of our sick kitty.
Long story short we rescued a cat that had bit attacked. We took care of him and doctored him until we could get him to the vet. When he took him to the vet, the vet was impressed on how well we took care of him and told us that we kept him alive. Kitty, Jinx was going to have to have his leg removed regardless because of how many broken bones he had. Unfortunately we found out that he had feline leukemia and was too sick to be able to do the surgery. We had to put him down and it broke our hearts. This product helped us save his life and give him lots of love before he passed. He was a good boy and such a trooper. RIP Jinxy we love you

Test the power before using
This product has two settings but I would recommend to only use the mist function. The stream function is really strong and bothers my husky. The product does not put off any smells. The mist function works very easily and my husky will put up with it. I have noticed the ear wax build up it slowly going away.

Not for severe issues. Neither soothes or treats anything.
If you're here because you've tried everything else - this is not your cure, don't waste your money on it. Just go to the vet. You likely need some high powered stuff if you're here out of desperation, and only vets can give you the answers you need. This product works as part of a proactive/preventive regimen once you've already gotten the issue under control with other medications and/or treatments. It's basically and mostly just clean water. ***It doesn't treat, soothe, or help heal anything.*** It simply helps you keep areas/wounds clean to try and maintain an environment where fungus and infection don't want to live or thrive. However, if your animal already suffers with frequent fungal issues, skin allergies, and ear infections, this will not help. You need a stronger preventative measure than this. Especially when it comes to ear infections. This product is advertised as being helpful for ear fungal infections but I wouldn't recommend it. Your just putting water in the ear and making it a wet environment which is the opposite of what the ear needs if it's already squishy with infection. As for fungus control, it would be more effective to use an antifungal cream like Athlete's Foot which serves the same purpose and also has added benefits of certain soothing properties.(I hope these tips help other pet parents struggling like I was. We found out our girl is prone to fungus and ear infections because she has allergies. She will always get them, there's really no cure, so we just have to try to prevent them through proactive measures like her monthly allergy shot, daily fish oil, fungal shampoo, and tea tree oil. These suggestions were all recommended by our vets but you should always okay it with yours first.)

Doesn't fully clear up ringworm
Doesn't work on RINGWORM. I did exactly what they say. It does help, but it doesn't completely rid it, especially in the time frame it says. I bought at least 10 bottles to treat 3 kittens and 2 cats and wish I had that money back. I had to go to the vet to get an oral prescription, which cost me another $200. Even while treating with Banixx, I had a kitten get a second spot 2 weeks after already being on it. I was really praying that this would be the miracle, but unfortunately it isn't.
