Sanicat Diamonds Lavender Silica Gel Cat Litter, 7.1 kg

I purchased this variety as my regular Aloe Vera variety was not available. The only difference I noticed is the colour (purple instead of green) and the fact that the granules are slightly larger and therefore don't slip through the slots in my poop scoop as easily. I didn't notice any particular lavender fragrance, although I do notice the fragrance in the aloe vera variety.Still an excellent type of cat litter and I will always buy Sanicat Diamonds cat litter, as it has been the best brand, and type of litter I've tried so far.It is also very light which makes a difference when you are hauling a 15l bag: I am disabled and have problems using my hands as well as suffering from chronic pain, so this light cat litter is perfect for someone like me.I live in a flat with my indoor-only cat and due to the fact that she eats a healthy diet and because the cat litter itself is so effective, there are no nasty odours even during the heat of summer.For one cat, a 15l bag lasts me 3 months; I change the litter every 4 weeks but it could probably go an extra week if necessary. This is assuming that you remove the solid waste on a daily basis. Perhaps it would work out a bit expensive for someone who has more cats, but when it comes to odour control and desiccating the solid waste, I don't think there is much that can beat it.I lived in my car for a period of 7 months during 2017 with two cats and their cat litter tray; and I used Sanicat Diamonds cat litter. So I know how effective it is in a small space!

I rehomed my feline friend in January and must have tried 6 or seven types and brands of cat litter.I really like this one and it’s my favourite even though it is on the expensive side.I do notice that the smell is much less prominent when I use this. I also noticed that she doesn’t have clumps of it and drag it through my hallway after using the cat litter tray, it’s easy to scoop out any mess that she’s made between when I clear out the entire tray.On a personal note, I like the lavender bits there in there feels a bit prettier than normal cat litter that’s just me. I would recommend it but it’s very much up to your furry Friend as well! Some cats won’t like it and I always recommend trying out a few different options if you’ve got a new cat and seeing what they take two best

Works well. Absorbant and controls odour.

Brilliant - changed my life - no smell and far less frequent changing - just remove poo and put in poo bag- wee is absorbed - I change once a fortnight as I gave two cats but with one it will last 3 or 4 weeks so very economical

Silica material is better than other types I suppose but still have some space for improvement on smell absorbency. The crystals are large which means you only get a few outside the litter box (they don’t get trapped in cats paws as much as other smaller products). The product is a good size but it’s very expensive.

The only cat litter that doesn’t smell!!My Tom cat seems to have very potent wee even though he’s had the snip. I’ve tried so many different brands and types of cat litter to find one that doesn’t smell after even one use.This is the only one I’ve found that works, really really worth the money.

Fed up with date being changed for delivery may not of been your fault but I was very snowed u are lucky I’m comming back as the product is good but your delivery lack of communication sucks please print this as you can t have it all happy things do go wrong

You do have to give it a good stir everyday like it says but it lasts a good 3-4 weeks until it smells. Does go a gross yellow colour but it doesn’t stop kitty using it. No dust
