Excellent!
I have done hand work for many many years, but as time went on, I got more involved and whatever the popular craft of the year was I still did cruel embroidery kits and candle wicking, but switched to more paper crafts for quite a few years. Jewelry making has been a passion And was very intricate since I have aged my hands are just not as adapt with tiny jewelry findings, and tools, so was becoming a little frustrated. I remembered all of them many many things I’ve embroidered in my early years and found that I could find tutorials online that really peaked my interest. I love this box from the moment I saw it, but thought it was a bit pricey. I did catch it on sale and immediately purchased it. It’s a very nicely printed tutorial, and a reminder of how basic and not so basic the stitches should be made to come out as beautifully as possible. I’m very very pleased. Not sticking 100% to their color scheme going off on my own a little bit there with my practice stitches, but who cares?

Great for beginners
Only flaw wish the Instructions were more easy to follow

Wish it had scissors
The Manual must be old. Says it comes with scissors but listing doesn’t show scissors. Would have been nice to be a complete set with scissors. Other than that the kit looks nice. Will start it soon

Kit has everything for a beginner
Have not used it yet but seems simple enough for a beginner to follow.

Easy to follow and build confidence
I loved the videos and appreciated the practice opportunities and in the middle bringing it all together. Really a smart way to teach it. My only complaint is some of the stitches in the middle project you don’t learn on the first panel, so you have to skip to the video for the second panel to complete the first panel project. For example the lazy daisy stitch. However, I think this is a great way to give it a try without too much money spent to see if this is your jam.

Adorable set for learning different stitches
I bought this as a gift for a friend who has just started their hand at embroidery. They absolutely love it!! It has 3 projects that start with the easiest stitches and build up to more complicated ones. They will make a really cute decoration and you can see your progress in each one. Great idea for anyone starting an embroidery hobby.

Decent but a bit lacking for the money spent.
Gotta admit was a little disappointed. The printed fabric is well done and the designs are a delight however, when you put a picture of 3 completed projects each with a hoop and then the kit only contains ONE hoop when the intention is to display the finished items in a hoop it seems there should have been 3 hoops included as the full kit. We also found the skinny instruction manual a bit of a let down. So the bits we got were good but for the price we felt a little shorted. Just my 2 cents.

Nice beginner kit
I’ve finished S•1 and now I’m starting S•2. For a beginner kit it’s pretty helpful. I do go on YouTube and find videos to watch. Now I do think the needles are very cheap. They haven’t broken, but it’s hard to pull them through the fabric.
