Have been using this for quite a while and it really helps me sleep better. I usually order the 90 count and it was not available. So my last shipment I ordered the large 180 count and both bottles were extremely hard to open and the seal was broken inside and the bottles look smashed. I just ordered another bottle, so if it is damaged I will not order this product again. I wish they would bring back the 90 count bottle because I never had issues with that one and now I might have to find another brand that works to help me sleep. .

I would recommend this product for feet or leg cramps because I was having cramps in my feet and legs every day until I started taking these magnesium pills and now I may have a cramp in my feet or legs once in awhile. Thank you for this product
