I bought this bracket to hang a 6 foot heavy bag from the ceiling. All the parts are very well-made and I can see them lasting a long time. The supplied bolts are very strong and haven’t budged after install. I liked the black colour as it stood out less than the regular silver ones you tend to find. For what I needed this item seems the best value for money.

At 450kg, one of these will be sufficient for most applications; even if you had four 100kg adults (4x nearly 16 stone), you'd still have room for another little one.This is well made, described as stainless steel, in a black finish; it can either be fixed by two screw bolts for timber or two expanding bolts for masonry, which of course, should be strong enough for purpose too.Usefulness is expanded by the pivot and swing of the fastening, making this great for swings, other suspended seats, fitness products, and anything you need to hang.Great product.
