Good deal for the product
This bed was set up in minutes. It was comfy and comes in handy for visitors. I would recommend. Glad is has some height.

Leaks even with out hole in it , been doing it since purchased, they said it’s supposed to stretch but it deflected not stretching

I like that it is a big air mattress and that it stayed up for 4 months but now it has some how gotten a hole but im gonna try to find the hole.

Really sturdy
I was impressed about them including 4 patches,, that’s why I chose it. My grandchildren have been jumping on it and it and it still stayed firmed. It sleeps comfortably and I would buy again.

Deflates rapidly after 3 months of normal use
Update: Their customer service is quick to respond and has reached out to me in a satisfactory manner, so my updated rating reflects the entire experience including the product itself.===Purchased this Oct 2023, product worked for 3 months but last night it suddenly deflated so much to the point that the person who slept on it almost fell off. No one touched the deflation knob. This morning we re-inflated it as instructed, but within 15 minutes there is visible deflation. We looked around and did not see any rips or tears; must be the pump or an invisible leak. An inflation mattress that cannot last even 3 months is a waste of money.
