Nice product. Was slightly damaged. Replaced promptly and with no fuss.

The frame is a bit flimsy it was delivered broken. It was very nicely and highly security packaged and no way whatsoever the damage would have happened during delivery. Which made it even worse as I felt that whoever packed it may or may not have noticed.Rather than the hassle of returning it was easy to straighten it, see image, as it has no solidarity.

These are perfect in every way - quality, design and price. They totally transform a simple canvas art print / poster into something so elegant. And they can be used with or without the supplied perspex glass if you wish. Definitely one of my best purchased, I couldn't be happier.

Great item size all correct

Overpriced not particularly well-made, but the packaging was exceptional

Amazon is now my go to for picture frames as you can always find the correct size for the image you have and I find Amazon way less expensive than craft stores.

The first one arrived with one of the frame sides broken, so I never took it out of the plastic. If I had, and seen how rickety and badly made it was, I would have asked for a refund instead of a replacement.The replacement had one corner bashed in. The whole thing was poorly packaged with no corner protectors. The frame corners do not line up with each other. See photos - this is after I tried my best to push the corners together. And the hangers are a joke. Thin bits of metal which didn't even take the weight of this flimsy frame - they just bend out, buckling the backboard and tearing my poster.
