These berberine supplements along with diet and daily excercise truly do work! I went from 240 to 205 in just a couple months and feel much better 😎 I shoot for a zero carb day and 1 -2 mile walk at 2.7 speed on the treadmill. My goal is 185 and hopefully will get there by the end of January and reverse this type 2 😊 just an observation, 1 500mg pill drops my blood sugar about 40-50 points, metformin was 100 points which was too much as I stay around 165 when my sugar spikes. This is a good supplement for those who are below 200 points. It also does curb my appetite where I have to be reminded to eat something. Don't give up the quest for better health if I can change anyone can do it! Hopefully this helps someone 😊

I haven’t noticed any major weight changes. I do have PCOS and live a fairly active/healthy lifestyle and I definitely do feel as though this is helping me stay consistent and be able to lose weight. I don’t feel this is a super weight loss supplement, but for PCOS being able to MAINTAIN my weight and actually be able to lose it through my lifestyle is a huge game changer! I also feel as though I’m not craving sweets as badly, so maybe it’s helping balance out different levels in my body. Overall very pleased with the product! Gave 4:5 stars simply because the pills do have a terrible tasting coating that is very bitter, but with a few extra swigs of water no issues! Not had any digestive or any other problems or negative reactions :) really would recommend to all my PCOS girlies

Just a heads up, cuz I didn't know: Berberine is a known potential stomach irritant. I was taking half a capsule, then upped it to a capsule. Within hours I developed nausea, a migraine, then -- 10 hours later -- dry heaved. I stopped taking it and the issue resolved.
