Yes it is. 1 table spoon to 8oz or 250ml of water should be good enough. Its very tart tho but i personally don't mind. Also it should have directions or guidlines on how to dilute it on he lable.

Yes.Maybe much longer.You need a tiny amount to dilute with water.

So, this will make up 1.4 litres of cranberry juice from concentrate?

I use this by diluting 10mls in a half pt glass of water everyday and it lasts me quite a while, not that I've counted how long, so it probably does.
