I bought this to do my own shallow-water diving (including my own fill from an electric compressor). It includes the tank, regulator, secondary breathing regulator/mouthpiece, tank fill pressure gage you can read while diving, and vest. The vest adjusts well for fit, and holds the tank and lines nicely. The entire assembly weighs about 9-1/2 lbs and is just slightly bouyant. I got about 15 minutes of dive time near the surface running from 3000psi full down to 500psi, which is what I was expecting. This is the minimum size and set-up I would recommend. It is easy to handle. So far it is working well.

This tank is the funnest thing I own and it’s easy to use. I took the necessary precautions and I keep it in a snorkeling range of diving.

Great product. We use it for swimming pool leak detection. Works great we only go down to 10 feet.

Recommended for individuals trained in the operation of compressed gas equipment. If you are not trained, you must be trained before using this equipment to avoid lung damage.

We have 2 of these and they last a long time and work perfectly. As novice shallow divers we got the figured out and filled here at home with zero complaints or problems. The backpack style holder works great as well.

Very nice scuba kit, I bought this for my kid who is a beginner to scuba diving and it suits him great! I really like the vest you receive in the kit, feels super stable!

The cylinder in the state where it is sold is not usable because you can't feel it, so you are forced to spend another $50 to buy a separate adapter. The seller should be clearer in the description. The seller later sent later an attachment for regular cylinders but did not send the connecting pipe between the purchased cylinder and a regular cylinder, so it is not usable again showing total incompetence.
