Great for making millet porridge
I wanted a lectin free alternative to rice. Millet porridge is a great, tasty, lectin-free alternative, which is quick and easy to make. I make several portions at a time, and store it in a bowl in the fridge

Taste like chemicals
I have been consuming millet flakes since years, but I never tasted flakes like this. Terrible , taste like chemicals. If I would be able to give zero star I would do it.. don’t buy this cos this not suppose to taste like this!

More preferable for gut health than oats.Slow cook for 1 hour using plenty water.Will buy again.

Good breakfast
I make a porridge by mixing in almond flakes, sultanas and ground linseed with a dash of honey and enjoy the results.

Makes great granola
I like the Millet flakes because I make my own Granola and as an ingredient it works great for me creating a nutty flavour, I don't know another way of using it that would work as well. I melt butter and honey in a large pan and add nuts, millet flakes and porrage oats as well as a little sugar to help it all set, then spread it out on a couple of baking trays and bake slowly until golden brown and it makes a great granola, at least that way I know what is going into my breakfast; cinnamon or mixed spice is also a good idea.
