Brilliant - my boy was creeping (on all fours) at 5.5 months and waking at 10 months and running and 11 months. He is now two years old and recited the abc all the way and knows Upto 10 in farsey and in English

I bought this when my baby was a few months old. While I did not follow it 1:1 and didn’t get the equipment, I definitely followed the spirit and approach and implemented many of these ideas gently. She walked at 8 months, ran and jumped on a trampoline at 15-18 months and now, 7 years on, is super athletic and also very smart. I don’t know what is down to genetics and what is a result of this approach, but I do think it is absolutely worth a read. Don’t feel like you need to do it all, but just remember how humans used to grow up before modern life and it makes a lot of sense. It worked very well for my child!
