Excellent Substitute for Pasta
I always have this brand in my pantry. I always receive them very quickly also. I have tried other brands and I always come back to this one. They are perfect for a low carb/low sugar lifestyle. They absorb the flavor of whatever sauce, veggie, or condiment you add to it with. It feels like you're eating pasta without the calories and without the heaviness pasta.

Ever wanted to eat a rubberband shoelace?
If you said yes heres your chance! If you said no heres a chance to change your mind! All jokes aside if youre here for a pasta replacement you may ne disappointed. These are sonething of their own nature in the best way! Theyre chewy, refreshing, have no flavour when rinsed and let whatever you put on them shine. They have great fiber content for gut health and are the most springy satsfying texture. 10/10 iv been eating them for years! (Skinny noodle brand is nasty, dont try that one)

Easy to cook
Easy to cook and no calories but they don't have a flavor of their own, which has both advantages and drawbacks

Better than no noodles
I wasn’t sure about these noodles because they have 0 cal, zero cholesterol, zero gluten, zero sugar, basically nothing. I tried them the first time and realized going in that this wasn’t going to be pasta as I know pasta. But I was quite happy with sautéing them in a nonstick skillet with several spices and seasoning. Adding a few breadcrumbs on top, made it a nice side dish. I enjoy these noodles. To my surprise, they’re a little more filling than I thought they would be. You can certainly add them to tomato sauce. I’ve put some pesto sauce on them, but mainly just a little butter, olive oil and spices like garlic onion, a little paprika. If you’re trying to cut back on calories, sugar, cholesterol, this isn’t a bad option as long as you realize it’s not going to be the pasta you’re used to.

NO MANUFACTURING INFORMATION!
These noodles taste okay. Really, they taste like nothing! But they are good for people who cannot have carbohydrates. HOWEVER, there is ZERO manufacturing information on these noodles, which I find scary! WHERE are they made? What is the factory like? Who is inspecting it for cleanliness? Why have they traveled around the world? For these reasons, I will not be buying them again - too much risk of food poisoning, I think.

Preparation of Caloless fettuccine noodles
I love the way these keep their shape, no matter the cooking method. After rinsing and straining the noodles, I typically cut he noodles in half with kitchen shears.Heat them in a frying pan with a small amount of butter and granulated or fresh chopped garlic. Heat until water has evaporated- approximately 5 minutes, then add to whatever sauce or stir fry I am preparing.

Versatile & Easy to Use
I'm a noodles lover so I was excited to try these for a low carb option. They have been exactly what I'd hoped for! They mix so well with so many flavors & foods that are also low carb. I have had them with salmon, with salads with my favorite low carb veggies like mushrooms & avocado. I added garlic olive oil black pepper & turmeric for some amazing spiciness. The sky's the limit as to how you can use them in keto sauces, soups etc. I've yet to try them with shrimp but I'm sure they will be delicious. They come in a clear bag (6 in box) with liquid that you just empty into a colander (those handled mesh ones are perfect) & drain the liquid then rince under water from faucet. So simple & ready to go! Go crazy with your flavors & keto foods, it'll be delightful.
