Really good heater but not the best cool fan
Use this everyday. Happy with the purchase and with the app. Quite powerful and can easily heat up the room. The timer and the schedule time is really good also but one improvement I would suggest is for the schedule time, it needs to be more clear if your selecting or not selecting the days for the fan to come on. Not too noisy. I would say that it’s not the best on the fan function on a hot day, but the fan function on a normal day is fine

Good quality, works well, timer function.
Good design, looks very smart.Timer function incredibly useful.Heats our conservatory very well, better than our old Dyson.Instructions are woeful unfortunately, I would have thought Philips could do better. The apps handy but difficult to use first time out, I refer back to my comment about the instructions. It's pretty efficient and cheap to run.Overall very pleased.

issues with home assistant, and philips app could be better, but brilliant heater otherwise.
it's a fantastic heater, I was alittle miss-sold by a forum post claiming it worked with home assistant. it does, but it needs spesific versions of unoffical software. aside from that, very warm, very useful. the philips air app could be better and the temp readings are off but thats not an issue for me as we have a seperate aqara sensor for temp.

Heater very good when fully understanding its multi functions. Printed Instructions INCREDIBLY poor.
After 10 days of operation I have given this electric HEATER a 5/5 score. The printed product operational 'Quick Setup' instructions are truly awful and almost meaningless. After a couple of days, eventually, using the QR code, I discovered some better (but not perfect) instructions online that gave me a clue. With 'Trial and Error', they eventually allowed me to understand the logic and process. Very unusual considering the extensive capability and reputation of 'Philips' group. It is appropriate that I should mention that I am very used to reading, acting upon and developing very highly technical products professionally. In my opinion, the documentation scores minus 3 marks and possibly explains why many various online reviews have given indifferent reviews and some understandably, in view of the purchase price, returned the product. When you FULLY understand the logic and the multiple functions available, I can be say that it works exceptionally well and economically, because it has a selectable 'ECO' mode plus adjustable room temperature sensitivity that switches the heater on/off as appropriate and multi direction air flow. This justifies the higher than average purchase price. Would I buy another if I needed another heater - absolutely yes!

One of the greatest benefits has been its ability to keep our space comfortable
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️The Philips 5000 Series Tower Fan Heater is a fantastic investment for anyone seeking an efficient heating solution, especially during the winter months. Its size is ideal for smaller spaces like our bungalow, providing ample warmth without taking up too much room. One of the greatest benefits has been its ability to keep our space comfortable. My partner often feels cold, and the heater has made a significant difference. Additionally, it has helped us dry clothes effectively without relying on a dryer, which we greatly appreciate. The app connectivity is a standout feature, allowing us to easily monitor and adjust settings remotely. This feature ensures we maintain a comfortable temperature while preventing the heater from going overboard, adding to its energy efficiency. We purchased this heater around the time our baby was born last November. As new parents, keeping the bedroom warm is crucial, especially since we’ve faced challenges with heating in our new build. The heater has been invaluable in addressing cold drafts from our slightly uneven front and patio doors, ensuring our baby stays comfortable at all times.Overall, the Philips 5000 Series Tower Fan Heater is a great size, excellent value, and a reliable heating solution. Highly recommended for families, especially in drafty homes!

Absolutely brilliant
Amazing item. Let's out a good heat and the wifi option is perfect for when you are not in. You can even set a timer for it to come on

disappointed
I don't see the point to make the heater without the option to change the temperature on any setting. It becomes useless to people. This thing has 3 settings - low, high, auto. The only option for you to set the temperature is on auto and that's it!!! It's crazy. If you press low you can get 28 degrees which is too much and , in my opinion, far from Low - their idea is not in temperature but just in the flow speed. hmmm, very "smart". Before app updated Wi Fi and Firmware the option to change the temperature anywhere existed, but now it's gone. Ok, so you press Auto and expect to have 22 degrees all the time, but this thing thinks differently lol. It works a little bit and then decides that it's enough, showing you 24 degreess somewhere but not around you. So you are sitting, freezing, waiting when this thing turns on again for a couple of minutes and this doesn't make the room warm enough. The good thing is that if you set the 22 degrees on the Auto and then go to Low setting it can stay on this level of the temperature and not going higher. It a good quality looking heater but with useless settings. I believed to one review here that it's possible to learn how to work things around with this heater, but I don't see anything good enough. The good heater should be user friendly and should have easy temperature adjustments options on any setting, because that's the point to have these temperature buttons.

Good Heater but no physical remote and app too fussy
Received the heater today. Works well, great for a small room. The main disadvantage is the app you need to download. You have to have 2.4 GHz wifi if you don't have it you to ask your provider to split it. All very annoying, way too much fuss. A simple Bluetooth connectivity or normal WiFi connection would be better
