Fills up a little too quick on the base and they need to make base bags reusable perhaps emptying like a dyson bag less hoover into the base station. That said a bit fiddly to keep emptying but better than the alternative.

Absoluley looked this hoover however, over the past few weeks it has started to ram into skirting boards and household items. Have spoke to irobot team and they were helpful on the phone yet, after providing the info they needed i have not recieved any further support. Not good service considering the price of this hoover. Very dissapointed

I hoped, perhaps naively, that I'd be able to never vacuum or mop again with this Roomba in the house. After 2 months of use, I can say that this has not happened.This is a good piece of kit, but really it doesn't do a deep vacuum (less suction power than a regular vacuum) and doesn't mop as such (more like dragging a damp microfibre cloth around the floor, without much pressure or rubbing - not mentioning the hassle of having to change the container for the mop one).I do like it, but effectively all it does is save me sweeping the floor between proper cleans. This is useful but not life-changing as I hoped.I would recommend going for a pure vacuum model (without mopping action) - that's pointless and a real disappointment.

I wasn't too sure what to make of this product and is my first experience using a robot vacuum. But I've been really impressed with it. The app makes it very clear how to set it up on it's first run and then makes you label each room so it's easy to choose when you want to just select one room to clean. Very happy with the product.

I have had many Roomba's in the last 20 years. I have found them invaluable. This one, however, at £561.51 is a disgraceful waste of money. It rarely works when it's needed - the battery has run out because it leaves the docking stn and goes round in circles on its own. After a couple of minutes, it tells me to empty the bin - when there's nothing in it. It doesn't go over anything other than smooth floors properly. Sellers tactics of pushing back on complaints means I have spent hours going in circles, never reaching anyone. I eventually found some senior names / email addresses at iRobot HQ, but they didn't answer either.

Having spent over an hour setting up this roomba i8 combi, it managed to do one full clean before getting a persistent error 26 (not enough suction) message which none of the suggested fixes addressed. Tried ringing UK support but it doesn't sound like anyone is at home. If they are going to provide support like that then I will just send it back.

Simple to set up, and I love watching it go around the room doing the work II used to!
