Hope it's filtering the water, it tastes good. I guess the only way to find out for sure, is to send a sample of the water to a lab. Filter speed is pretty good.

I like this pitcher primarily because when I use it the lid doesn’t fall off. It seems like I had that problem with the Brita and Pur pitchers in the past..I love the red color. It appears to be of good quality. I'm enjoying the alkaline water. It has a nice taste, we have city water and old pipes. I won’t even give it to my cat. I’m going to give him this water and use it for my plants. I think it’s a better water quality. It filters rather quickly. The filters fit in easily. I got the more expensive filters but still a good value when you consider what you spend on Core or Smart water

I don’t get the pitcher top, I don’t want to keep removing it to fill up the tank for fear that it won’t align correctly. So I just push the bubble see thru part down by hand and fill it. The number counter that tells you when to change filter is dark, hard to see and I don’t know how to read it. No instructions were provided. Also, the filters really have to be put in correctly, I had to screw them in three times to get it straight, but still there is a slight leak coming through. The water tastes good, wish the pitcher matched the same quality!

We've been using this pitcher for 4 years. When we first purchased, we were hearing the benefits of alkaline based water and weren't sure how much we'd use the pitcher. We had water pitchers in the past, but never used them because the taste/benefits weren't enough to having to constantly refill a pitcher.Quickly, we recognized the taste difference. For me, I can't drink tap water anymore. If I'm out somewhere, the taste profile of regular tap water is too drastic. My preference is always to have a water bottle filled with water from this pitcher.Of course, I tested the water with PH drops and this thing works incredibly, providing very high concentration of alkaline levels. The only thing that is a requirement is that making sure the water level in the pitcher is always in contact with the filter. If it falls below, you lose the alkaline benefits.3 Years later, this pitcher continues to be THE primary source of water for our home, including our pets. We never drink straight out of the tap and we couldn't speak more highly about it. Build quality is great, the pitcher is as good as it was day 1 and has survived a couple of drops, full with water, over the years.The filter timer lasted about 2 years, but that was easy enough to replicate with calendar reminders on our phones.If you're interested in jumping in to the Alkaline water market, this is a great first step. This company makes a ton of other products, but we've always just kept the pitcher around. Don't hesitate, this is worth the money ten times over!

I’ve had an invigorated pitcher for 4 or 5 years now. Just bought my second one. First one still in great shape but my son wanted it so it went to his house and I’m getting a new white one. Alkaline water is much healthier for you and this filtration system is great. Water tastes clean without tasting bland like the zero one did to me. Buy one, you’ll be glad you did.

I bought two of these water filter pitchers several weeks ago. I selected this brand after studying numerous brands with specific attention to their filter technologies. This water tastes and feels so good in my mouth that I just want to drink more, which is wonderful for hydration.I had one relatively minor problem with one of the pitchers after several weeks of use. I sent an email to the company describing what happened. They responded within hours and insisted on sending me a complete replacement unit that arrived a few days later. I am amazed and very impressed with their customer service. This is a great product with fantastic customer service. I'd give them six stars if I could.

I selected this item because I wanted to reduce the acid in my system, it seemed about the right size, and it had good reviews. I didn't buy it because there's anything bad about my tap water. It's delicious, and some of the cleanest water in any city in the USA. (Thanks to Oregon's Environmental Laws) It didn't impact the taste, much, but it's other flaws were glaring.The design makes it difficult to place in the door holder of my fridge. It takes up a TON of space because it's oval. If it was square or rectangular it would be a better shape for fitting in with other items in the door holder.The requirement that you keep the filter submerged all the time means you have to put quite a bit of water in it which makes it heavy, and makes it leak all over the place when you try to pour out some filtered water. I question how much the filter actually does to the water because it zips right through the filter almost as fast as I could pour it. The lid will NOT stay on. And because of the very cheap plastic that the pitcher is made of I was almost certain the pitcher would break before the filter needed to be changed. The "timer" on mine was all over the place. At first I couldn't get it to work, and then it kept giving me a bunch of different day counts. I have no idea how I would ever figure out how many pitchers I had used (in order to know when to change the filter). At first I was going to use a pitcher a day, but when I had to keep topping it off to keep the filter covered I lost track.Ergonomic?????? What on EARTH could make an object like a plastic water pitcher "ergonomic"? And if it was "ergonomic" the question would be, for whom? I hate it when manufacturers claim something is "ergonomic". There simply isn't anything that fits every person, for every use. That is just a $5.00 word that they throw out there knowing that average consumers only know "Ergonomic Good". Then they ask for an ergonomic rating???? I'm a trained Ergonomist and I give it a ZERO. It is not balanced in weight when full, and the handle is slippery and rather large for my tiny hands.Spare yourself time and money and look for something else. I'm pretty sure this isn't the one you want.

Reasonable price, easy to use. It has an indicator inbuilt in the lid, so you know when a new filter is required. Water quality so much better, no chlorine or metallic taste. I will not have to buy bottled water anymore. So better for the planet & my purse.

Product looks good , Reservoir was very tight on initial removal.... BPA free is not indicated anywhere on the product, it should be

En resumen, una decepción:-La tapa no se queda en su sitio, se desencaja y cae al servir agua sin tocarla.-La goma para hacerla antideslizante en la base, se sale y después no se queda cuando se recoloca.-No sube el ph a los datos que menciona el vendedor, aunque sí lo sube un poco. He realizado 3 tests con agua antes y después de filtrarse.
