Very good battery life, I was surprised that it can pass on thick carpets, the mapping of different levels is good, you just have to make sure that it does not get tangled cables, shoelaces, straps on its wheels, it sucks pet hair very well, those 5000 Pa are noticeable, its stored garbage container is small, its sensor to deal with is not very precise, in general it performs its function of sweeping, sucking and mopping floors, it's definitely a very good purchase

I’m afraid everyone is going to buy one and I won’t be able to replace it LOL. I love this thing. I wanted Lidar technology. I wanted easy programming and the ability to create my own zones. All you do is set this thing down, clear the toys, lamp cords, throw rugs, etc. and it completely maps your house while you do nothing. The best part is it speaks to you and tells you what’s going on and when you have to step in and correct something. You can do your whole house or create your own zones. Cleaning the unit is much easier than other robots I’ve had. I love it, and use it much more because I love it. Highly recommend.

**Review of Dreametech D10s Pro Robot Vacuum and Mop Combo**I purchased the Dreametech D10s Pro Robot Vacuum and Mop Combo in November 2023, and unfortunately, my experience has been disappointing. Here are the key issues I've encountered:1. **Increased Noise Over Time**: The vacuum has become significantly noisier since I first started using it.2. **Frequent Stuck Issues**: The robot frequently gets stuck, interrupting its cleaning cycles and requiring manual intervention.3. **Inadequate Vacuuming Performance**: Despite its advertised 5000 Pa suction power, the vacuuming performance is subpar. It struggles with cleaning edges and crevices effectively.4. **Mopping Tank Problems**: The water outlet of the mopping tank gets blocked frequently, preventing water from dispensing properly. Additionally, the robot remains stuck in mopping mode even after the water tank is removed.5. **Poor Value for Money**: Given the numerous issues and the $260 price tag, I find this product to be a poor investment. In comparison, my previous Eufy X8, which cost $200, performed much better in terms of both vacuuming and overall reliability.Overall, the Dreametech D10s Pro has not met my expectations and is not worth the money spent. I would not recommend this product to others based on my experience.

This boy was great for a few months before the vacuum motor died. Now it just drives around doing nothing. Supposedly, there is a one year warranty but when I contact support they told me they don’t have a factory to repair them in North America so I have to wait until they open one!?.. what a joke. Do some research online, this is a known problem with Dreame. Amazon is no help either, they know Dreame isn’t fulfilling any warranty obligations but allow them to continue selling!
