Travel with your clubs without the weight and hassle of traditional golf bag.
I like to travel and I like to golf but I don’t like to travel with my traditional Club Glove golf bag. It’s heavy to pull through airports, impossible to take on escalators and takes up a lot of real estate in the back of a rental car. I’m a small woman and I love this alternative. In this bag I can fit 11 clubs — including a driver and mallet putter— and shoes (see pic). I have also carried all 13 clubs without shoes. I forego the head covers but you can probably fit those in. The bag is made of sturdy ballistic nylon and has two external zippered pockets. In the larger one I can carry about 15 balls (don’t judge me, those resort course just love disappearing my spheres). I keep my glove, tees and ball markers in the smaller pocket. The zipper pulls are heavy and sturdy. The handle is placed such that the bag is nicely balanced when carrying by hand. The shoulder strap is adjustable and padded. The convenience of traveling with and storing this bag is partially offset by the tightness of club shafts and handles when used on the golf cart during a round. This stickiness makes pulling out and replacing the clubs mildly annoying. To me (maybe not to you!) this is profoundly outweighed by the ease of navigating through airports, hotels and storing in rental cars. I’ve used this bag on about 5 trips now and it’s held up well thus far with the baggage handlers. Sometimes, depending on the airport, this bag will come out on regular carousel and not even require going to separate area for oversized baggage. Every time I’ve traveled with this bag, colleagues and companions of both sexes are intrigued by the ease and simplicity. Many have asked me to send a link so they can check it out. So if you want everything you normally carry in your cart bag and like the convenience of packing shoes and clothes and large liquids when you travel, this bag is not for you. If however, you can prioritize 11-13 clubs and appreciate the lighter weight and maneuverability a bag like this offers, this bag IS for you.

Light weight and durable
I flew my Sunday bag in this expandable club bag. I took 7 clubs with covers, balls, tees, gloves, and a hat. It wasn't heavy, yet was durable enough that everything arrived safe and intact. It is not large enough to put shoes in, so I just packed those in my suitcase. I was very happy with how well it traveled.

Great for travel but one problem
I used this for two weeks as I traveled across the country. As a travel bag, I give it five stars. My clubs were secure and it was easy to move it around the airport and in-n-out of cars. I knocked off one star because the bottom of the bag is only about five inches round. I only had eight clubs, (3, 5, 6, 8, 9, PW, putter, Driver) but they would not fit into the bottom of the bag. This became an issue while playing golf as I had to spend extra time after each shot trying to fit the club back in the bag. Also, most golf carts are made to carry larger bags. This bag did not seem secure when in the bag of the golf cart. It never fell out, but it did move around and turn quite a bit. Full disclosure: I have oversized grips, and that surely affected putting the clubs in the bag. Overall, I am happy with this bag and I will use it again. I may only take seven clubs with me next time, and I'll leave my nine iron at home. That will help.

Fantastic bag for short trips, and less than full set of clubs needed.
The bag worked exactly as I needed it, I do have jumbo grips so I was only able to travel with about 6-irons, putter and driver + a driver extending shield, but again was great, light pass through area on the bag for easy use on golf cart. A bit floppy to get clubs in and out however. I would recommend for short travels and I still used clothes, towel and golf shoes to cushion my clubs as still a soft shell bag.

Airline Friendly-Survived multiple flights
I have taken this bag on 5 different flights and it shows little signs of wear and tear. It is very durable and fits my entire golf bag (D-3W-4H+6/7/8/9/P/S + putter) with some pockets for balls. I don't use it while playing golf so I can't attest to how easy it is to get clubs in and out because I borrow a golf bag at my destination and transfer the clubs. I also have a large bag that I used to tale my entire golf bag and it got damaged after 2 flights. I think this bag is small and light enough that the luggage handlers treat it more gingerly than the larger bags. So far, I trust this bag will travel by air just fine.

Don’t plan on 14 clubs
Great bag for a few clubs. Not so great for 4 each woods and irons. The carrying part is extremely easy and I got a dozen golf balls, hand full of tees and a glove in the zipper pockets. The problem comes when the bag is on a golf cart. Putting clubs back in the bag got frustrating at times. The cart strap slot is good but doesn’t keep it vertical so when you pull a club that is in the center you can get it out just fine but going back in can be a shuffle act because the grips are grabbing the movement. I’m going to figure out a tube type liner to help keep the shape of the bag on the lower half. Space saving: Yes, Easy to carry: Yes, Worth the money: Yes, Ease of use: Not so great.
