Product in good condition

I am not an expert to certify but what i feel is that, it's a good combination of required multivitains and of multiminerals in one tablet. Earlier I used to consume multiple tablet for different different vitamins. Now I use only one and which has most required vitamin like calcium, vitamin c, B2 etc for me. I don't know what sorts of long term effect would be but I feel energised after using this. Price point is also good with these combinations. The tablet size is little bigger but I think comfortable in swallowing. It's a tasteless

I brought it for my teenage kids

Very disappointing multivitamin. There are much less than the 25 vitamins and minerals advertised. The label doesn't even have the Rda. The content of vitamins is very poor and much below the requirements of teenagers and doesn't provide 100% of each vitamin as they show here on amazon. Please be accurate with health related products.

Overall good product my parents use to take this it mentioned that it support overall health strong bone and heart these days are really though to maintain good health because of bad weather and atmosphere I guess this product help to maintain good health of my parents
