They are not heavy duty and are ideal for the club, they let pass some high frequencies. Wearing them long time, being softer, don.t stress the ear channel. Good choice and protection.

Noise suppression is significant, but if you are planning to reuse you must wash these properly between every couple uses to avoid infections which can be a hassle.

Even though they feel soft when placed in the ear and comfortable to wear, I’ve found that they’re not thick enough to block noise to the degree that was comfortable enough for me to fall asleep.

I've tried a bunch of ear plugs since I am a light sleeper. These are by far the most comfortable. They don't cancel as much as some other types but for a foam version it's pretty decent. Now, I take them with me everywhere.

I used these ear plugs with my head between pillows and it started to help with noise reduction

They are quite thin and don't expand in the ear, letting all kind of noises passing through. Useless.
