This fireplace was a prefect replacement for a unit that failed that was in a Home Depot fireplace media console. The unit is an exact replacement and a perfect fit for the console. So far, it has been a nice addition to our living room! It looks really nice and is a good little heater. I like that it is curved, it makes it look a lot more realistic. I also love the features of being able to turn the wood flames up or down, as well as the lights. It was also really simple and easy to set up. Excited to have this for Christmas time this year to sit in front of the fire and drink hot chocolate!

Replaced old insert with this one, fits great, great flame and logs. Heater works great and is quite. Highly recommend this unit. Thanks.

This unit arrived without a remote I received no response from the company when I tried to correct that problem. Now after 6 months the buttons on the unit have given out so I have absolutely nothing to show my $339 but an unattractive pc of sheet metal. I am extremely disappointed.

Returned. Didn't like appearance of the logs - wanted more distinct log look vs. "embers". But it put out a lot of heat and seems like good quality. The curved glass was a nice feature.

We had to do a little adjusting to get it to fit into a preexisting base, but once we made adjustments it went in and is so pretty. The flame is very real looking, and the heat is perfect

We love this fireplace insert. Our friend that built our fireplace said it was super easy to assemble and to mount. The heat output is great for our small living room. The only thing that I’m not a fan of it the beeping from the remote control and the buttons on the insert. I wish there was an option to turn that off. But over all, I would purchase it again.
