I got the Black Musk, Ould Roots and Twilight. The review for Oud Roots: This takes me back, without being one of the classical hippy scents, like patchouli. I like patchouli, bs white musk, ysl opium (old versions) and similar, so this is right up my street. This is a blend and is just divine - and I don't normally use words like that! If you like discreet, fresh scents, though, this is probably not for you. It leaves a kind of gold film on the skin, and I like that it smells dark, without actually being dark. I have had patchouli and similar perfume oils that stain your skin, this leaves an oily, slightly gold-tinted film, initially, but no stain. I doubt I could add anything to the description. As others have said: woody, dark, but I also quite sweet. Not like extremely “macho” aftershaves, but suitable for all genders. Edit and review of Black Musk and Twilight: These all last quite well, the OR lasts about 12 hours, I find. At least, I can still detect it on myself that long. Others probably notice it for longer. Twilight is lighter, and fades quicker, but is still good for 6 - 8 hours. That is a slightly floral white musk, without any of the artificial flowery notes that I hate. Am amazed that it was 15 months ago I ordered these, and initially, I did not like the BM much, I found it peppery, spicy and sharp. Now, I've nearly run out of other 2 (don't use them every day, about once a week) and tried the BM again. And it's changed: far smoother, far less pepper, and more musk, with earthy notes. Very nice, although that is very dark and leaves a slight stain on skin and maybe some clothes. OR and Twilight mix well, too - I can see all these being easily layered in various combos. They have lasted me a long time, as you only need a few drops.

Lovely blend of rose, vanilla, and oud. The small bottle is convenient for travel. Long-lasting scent.

I buy this all the time and absolutely love it! A little goes a long way, and the fragrance is simply regal. The only reason I’m not giving it 5 stars is because I wish the bottle were bigger.

I love musky perfume, but this one is definitely not for me, I only put one drop on my hand and after washing many times the awful smell is still their.. It’s a lovely bottle and small but you do not need hardly any on for it to sink into your skin with it being oil. Price wise is good but as a whole,this is not for me at all. Thanks

Most fragrances come down to preference I just wanted to try black musk out of curiosity. Personally the initial smell is not for me because I prefer subtle smells the opening to me is very intense Oud(woody), leather and masculine in my opinion and but when it settles down you can smell the spice, musk and I can also smell frankincense or something similar. If you are going for a middle eastern scent then this definitely is a good fragrance! To me it smells like being in a brand new luxury car with a spiced incense inside.

I know good oils and perfumes and this definitely was not one of them. It smelt almost as if the shelf life had expired.. Was so strong and pungent. I still dabbed the tiniest bit on my wrist to see if when it wears off it would smell any better. I did not last 1 minute before having to wash it off as it smelt so bad. My skin even started to feel irritated and burning sensation so went and had a shower to wash off using more soap. I returned the same day. Natural perfumes should not smell this bad, either the mixture is just wrong or products were off.

Gorgeous!!! A real smell of the East!! Well done to whoever mixed this perfume, it lasts well. Thank you
