This is a nice dehumidifier. It is not a quiet one, but it’s a good size and works well. I like that the top of the reservoir is mostly closed, which helps to prevent spillage when carrying it. The reservoir sometimes needs a little jiggling to get it back in, but it’s not that big of a deal. Would buy it again.

I've owned it now for about 6 weeks. It works very well for a one bedroom lower level condo in very humid Minnesota. It fills completely up about every 12 hours. I'm quite pleased with its effectiveness and how very quiet it is compared to other dehumidifiers. I forget it's even there most of the time because it is so quiet. I only wish it didn't beep when it's full. That's the only thing I would change.

Great product. Easy to operate.A bit sketchy on the assembly user manual. Need to be more explicit and less assuming. For example the wheels were tucked into the unit, without any mention where to locate the wheels. Even though I read the manual many times over, I only stumbled upon the wheels at the end of a frustrating good hour of blind search. That's time wasting, which is why I give the product 4 stars. Otherwise, this should easily be a 5-star product

My house has pine trees all along the south side of it and pine trees draw moisture not to mention no sun on that side either...so my home is very damp. I have purchased small space dehumidifiers that work well but the constant dumping their small reservoirs gets old quick. I decided to make the jump to a whole house unit. I really picked the right one! This unit has a huge reservoir tank BUT also continuous drain hose as well! Game over! No more dumping water...crazy to think what will I do with that time I used to waste walking to the sink to dump water twice a day? This thing was easy to set-up and be sure to leave it upright 2 hours after putting on the roller wheels. First 3 hours running I could feel the difference in the air. Cooler and fresher. Cannot wait to see a difference in my allergies too! Mold is one of my allergy triggers.There is also a drying feature -- most of my work clothes must be air dried and this worked well. Just hung my clothes on the shower rod and in an hour DRY!Control panel is easy to read and use. Clearly marked and instructions are very clear. Be sure to read them for important information - very important.Great versatile product for the money!

We ran this unit upstairs. It would turn on and off throughout the year depending on the humidity. Regularly cleaned the filter and ran a hose for collected water. Unit suddenly stopped turning on. Found a busted inline fuse to the fan motor, replaced that and it turned back on but now the unit doesn't turn off or collect any water. The brand states that it can last 5-10 years. More like 1-2 years. We also had a larger unit in our basement which hit the crapper about the same time. Go figure.

The product works well, I think.The problem is the instructions.1- They say the "Dryer" icon will light when pressed, it doesn't EVER come on!2- There is nothing in the instructions that explains the light rings around the humidity number. There are three different color combination light rings, one even flashes. WHAT THE HECK do they means?If it wasn't for the poor instructions that leave you guessing regarding what the machine is doing, I would have given it a 5-star rating.

Está buenisimo este deshumificador , absorbe bastante humedad y muy rapido , tiene buena capacidad de litros así que no tienes que estar a cada rato retirando el agua , lo recomiendo!

Llevo 2 semanas con este deshumidificador y ha funcionado bien.Ya veremos después su durabilidad y su consumo eléctrico

El pedido llegó hoy, 2 días antes de lo esperado lo que está excelente! Pero llegó sin las ruedas y las necesito no solo para poder iniciar el equipo de forma vertical sino también porque es pesado y necesito moverlo de un lado para otro. Quién me responde y envía las ruedas faltantes? Por ese motivo no le doy una buena calificación porque debería llegar completo porque de lo contrario el usuario no puede hacer uso del equipo de forma correcta. Además pagué bastante por el equipo, no es justo que llegué incompleto.
