Seller sent a used product when it was supposed to be new!In theory this is what I was looking for. Wireless speakers and Sub-woofer. (My wife hates wires showing) The original package was boxed in an Amazon box. After opening the Amazon Box, the first thing I noticed was the original box was all taped up, and it was obvious it had been torn open by someone and returned. I thought "Oh Great it was returned what am I going to find or not find in the box” None of the components looked damaged. But it was obvious it had been installed previously by someone. Most of the cords were NOT nicely wrapped up in a bundle. They were stuffed in a clear bag. and the optical cable was missing. And there was no paperwork whatsoever. I mean nothing! No Warranty, No Install instruction, No Made in America Card. No go to this link for installation instructions. Nothing! And no Battery's for the remote. (Not sure if they were supposed to be included)I should have just put it back in the box (what was left of it) and sent it back!But NO! I was optimistic! I went ahead and hooked it up to my Smart TV with My Optical cable and the HDMI/ARC. cable, hoping it would all work just fine. It was easy to install even though I had no instructions. Thank goodness I'm a tech and know what went where.It worked Okey for the most part. But I couldn't get the Bass up past 6 and the Treble and whole system seemed too tinny, no matter what setting I choose. And each time I switched settings (Movie, Music, News) I had to turn the Bass back up again. It wouldn't stay at the top setting. Annoying! I should be able to set it and forget it. Occasionally you hear the Sub-Woofer thump but not enough when you’re watching an action movie. The second night we tried it again watching a singing show. same with no Bass. and then it would go silent for no reason for 10 seconds and sound would then come back. It did that several times. What the heck?Either this system is defective, or it isn't as good as the reviews say it is. For the price it should WOW me, and it Does Not.Now the hassle of Boxing it all back up and sending it back. Not too happyInteresting point to add: The seller for some reason, emailed me installation instructions 2 days after I received the sound system, and before I posted this review. I think they knew they sent me a used product.

*edit fixed.Raineverry responded to me and has agreed to send me a new sound bar to replace the defective one. I have changed my review from 1 star to 5 pending receipt of the new unit. I will update once the new unit arrives. Hopefully it fixes my issues. Customer service has been helpful so far.Original reviewI will change my review if raineverry responds and fixes the issues with the speakers. I've sent them 2 emails in the last few weeks with no response. Maybe this will get their attention. The surround sound is great when it works. When using the EARC connection the sound cuts out for 20-30 seconds at a time and the display on the sound bar goes blank then shows "MAT" and then "surround" then back to "EARC" right before it cuts back on. The "MAT" display message isn't anywhere in the user manual so I have no idea what it means. Sometimes it won't happen at all, and sometimes it will happen several times within a short period of time. All of the connections are good, and I even bought a high quality EARC cable to try and solve the problem. It works fine when I use the optical or aux connection, but Dolby Atmos only works with the EARC connection and that is the whole reason that I got this surround sound setup. Like I said, the sound is great when it works and I will gladly give it 5 stars if raineverry will fix this problem.

I was very excited about this product after reading all of the great reviews. But it just sounds cheap and tinny, like sound coming from a plastic box. The rear speakers help, but overall it’s just not worth the money. I swapped it for a Samsung sound bar with no rear speakers, and the sound is three times better.

Purchased this in May of 2024 and the overall quality of the sound and ease of setting up the surround sound was great. But then the bar itself would disconnect randomly and play no sound for about a 3 minute interval every 45 minutes or so. I reached out to support since I only had the bar for about 2 months when it started to do that. Support was great reached out to me immediately and sent me a new bar for free. No issues with the bar until about having it for four months then that bar completely died. The digital face where it says the volume and input was all scattered it wasn’t playing sound. I plugged in the old bar that was cutting out since I still had it and same issue and when I plugged that old bar in the satellite speakers started to play static along with sound. Overall this product didn’t last even a year and I had to get a replacement. I would look into something that is better quality.
