This product may be good for some and not for others. Although this product reduced the pain in my great toe, it created pain in the arch of my foot, since it had no support and is flat. My other foot was so restriced in movement, I had numbness and tingling in the foot and toes. I can not endorse nor condemn this product, since everyone's feet are different. I just wish I could return them since they don't work for me. They are quite expensive to have to keep them when they don't work for me.

My podiatrist recommended this before I had surgery to remove a cyst on my big toe. This isolated movement of the toe and made walking a lot less difficult. Highly recommended. Just remember to put it under the cushion in your shoe. I made the mistake of putting it directly in my shoe until I visited my doctor and told him the pain it was causing and he showed me that it needed to be put under the cushion.

Works for what it is for, but doesn't work well in running shoes because it is super rigid. I wear New Balance 880's and while you can fit them in under the liner, because of the way the shoe is designed, it isn't super comfortable. If your shoe has a heel drop, the NB has 6 mm heel-to-toe drop, then it won't be very comfortable. Seems like this would work better in flatter type shoes.
