I have a soft backpack for carrying clothes for travel. It packs like a suitcase and is great for clothes, but shoes and electronics do not pack well for extended stays. I wanted something that would allow me to carry a single pair of shoes and all my electronic stuff, including a 13" laptop.After a couple of airplane trips, I am really happy with this bag. It carries everything that I do not want to put in the backpack or does not fit very well. It is small enough that I can stuff it under the seat on a plane, and access whatever I need during the flight. There are pockets for documents and wallets and stuff to go through security. A supplied bag holds a pair of shoes to keep them separate from other things. The bag has handle straps for carrying in one hand, and a strap for carrying over the shoulder. I have used both. I am not a fan of shoulder straps, but for this bag I was glad to have the strap for long treks through the airport.Calculated volume is 20L. I tried another bag with a calculated volume of 22L. It was okay, but a tad too long for under-seat stowage and not really tall enough for my laptop. This bag is perfect. It won't work for a laptop larger than 13", but that is what I have and what I travel with, so it works well for me.This a great companion for my backpack "suitcase". Backpack in the overhead, this bag under the seat. Just what I was looking for.

This is a well-made bag, light, and full of pockets. I am sorry I had to return it because the size was a bit too small (sometimes it's hard to judge. But it's a great size because I think it's not too bulky when used under the seat of an airplane so there is still some room under the seat. But I was able to stick a pair of hiking boots and still have some room in the bag. However, I returned it and ordered a slightly larger one (16" instead of 15") from the same brand, and I think it will be perfect, and still not too bulky. I highly recommend these well-designed bags.

I travel all over the world every day and needed a bag that will hold up to being tossed around. This bag does just that. I've had it for 2 months and it's been holding up. It's the perfect size and fits on top of my under seat rolling bag. The side pockets are good for a phone, but too shallow for a water bottle so it falls out while walking. This is a great bag!

Fits well as a personal item under the airplane seat. Waterproof inside is a bonus. A good number of compartments makes organizing easy. Liked this one!

Holds up well. Purchased for a small carry on bags. Works great, several storage compartments along with the slide through pocket on the back for your luggage handle. Yay!@

This is excellent so far. Just received, so cannot say as to how it will hold up to travel. I really did not need wet pocket but i will just use it like any other pocket. Zippers seem smooth. Could have used at least one ,more small pocket, but will just use pouch instead.

Well made. Great design. I use it for overnight hiking / biking trips and it's perfect to hold a couple changes of clothes, toiletries and hairdryer.
