Excelente producto y precio inmejorable, llevo años usandolo y me va myu bién, esos sí, la vitamina d3 es liposoluble y debe complementarse con algo de grasa para que se absorba bién, por ejemplo unas nueces, pan con aceite...yo me tomo una cucharada de aceite de coco que es antibacteriano y elimina parásitos del intestino.

Grâce à ces gouttes, mon niveau de vitamine D reste très convenable. J’ai plus de 80 ans. Les personnes de mon âge ne synthétisent plus les rayons du soleil. Je consomme deux portions de poissons gras par semaine , une gélule d’oméga 3 ( huile de poisson) et 5 gouttes ( = 5000 UI ) de vitamine D3 par jour. Selon les experts, il est important d’associer la vitamine D3 à la vitamine K2 afin que le calcium se fixe plus dans les os que dans les artères. Grâce à ce régime le taux de vitamine D sanguin reste stable et au-dessus de la moyenne.

Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit diesem Produkt. Die Kombination aus Vitamin D3 und K2 ist optimal dosiert, und die Tabletten kommen ohne unnötige Zusatzstoffe aus. Sie sind klein, leicht zu schlucken und sehr ergiebig – der Vorrat reicht wirklich lange. Ich fühle mich fitter und ausgeglichener, besonders in den dunkleren Monaten. Zudem gefällt mir, dass es in Deutschland hergestellt wird.
