Runs Very Small

I wear a 2XL, sometimes a 3XL. Based on the other reviews, I ordered this in 3XL. It is so tight I can't get it on. It feels like a compression shirt in size large. Had to send back. On the plus side it looked and felt like a very nice shirt. But when I opened the bag and held up the shirt I knew I was in trouble. For comparison I wear a Klim motorcycle jacket in 3XL that is very baggy so I can wear a sweatshirt under it when needed.
