So flimsy and cheaply made. Couldn’t even fold it up like description states. My chihuahua didn’t even want to use it because of how unstable it is.

Bad quality my first order I was missing a piece.I reach out and they immediately send me another to know that the second one there was a piece broken. I this point I returned them both for a refund. I can say the customer service was great but the quality of the product is not. Now just waiting on my refund.

These are inexpensive, and you may need to tweak a bit. But I made them work. 8-)
Ok, these "stairs" are just what they look like. Not very heavy, so they don't stay anchored very well. They are not as tall as my bed, which I needed for my aging dog. I taped them to a box that was heavy and just the right height to make the distance from the floor to the bed. They are definitely ok to work with, but be advised you will need to tweak them a bit to make them work for platform bed. I am satisfied with them as a starting point for my dog to make it to bed and be able to get up if she needs to.

Very flimsy. Not stable at all. Slides on wooden floors and carpet as well when pet uses. 8lb Shitzu. Returning product.

Find some bigger ones of better quality
I'm sorry but I did not like these things. They were roughly half the size I thought they were going to be, and they were flimsy plastic that I wouldn't trust to have my dog jump up from.

Best dog steps perfect height and washable cover
Very good steps the height is great I like that they’re black I’ve had the beige ones they look terrible quickly black cover Is nice wish they sold replacement covers on the con side the very bottom front panel was missing only had two that were supposed to be three still works i’ve had a lot of dog steps these seem to be the best and also the least expensive sometimes the dogs are afraid of the fancy more expensive steps

This is a REALLY cheap piece of trash, just happy I assembled it before it became nonreturnable, decided to weigh it, it won't even register on the scale, $29+ for this?? it is so light I don't think a dog no matter how small could use it. Amazon needs to do a closer check on products it carries. The name of the shipper says it all Schmaltz Herring, quite appropriate bait.

I ordered two and one came with missing piece. The one that was put together works just fine and only took our dog two days to use it. We love it, should help him alot
