good taste , does make a difference with the face muscles for sure

Too hard to the point it can damage your teeth and taste gross. :/

What makes this tuff to chew is the lack of flavour. No taste after no joke 5 seconds. Apart from that does what it’s supposed to do

After 3 weeks using this, my bite strength has improved so much I can now crack one of these in half. Made my teeth stronger in my jaw as well.I do use a silicone jaw strengthener as well.Both = 5*

Bought to 'chisel' my jaws and strengthen them. Good flavour, however, it did weaken quickly but continued as a more subtle flavour afterwards that keeps for a long time. Very tough so be careful if you have sensitive or brittle teeth. Will definitely buy again. This flavour is more of my taste than the mint one and I think is more pleasant, however, one should but true to their tastes.

It does the job but no flavour

When I saw these I had the idea in my head that they would be tough in the mouth immediately, and that you would have to essentially 'break' them in order to chew them, almost like a boiled sweet with a chewy centre. Thankfully I was wrong about that! They are not tough from the start, they are relatively easy too break down into regular chewing gum. It is then once they are broken down that you notice the consistency is stronger, tougher than regular gum by some margin. The flavour is not overwheming, it is quite light, but I believe that is actually in keeping with the product. I say this because if you think of a "normal" piece of chewing gum you get a lot of flavour up front but then it fades and you stop chewing. With these the flavour is much milder but lasts quite a while, encouraging you to chew more and for longer. This is the selling point of the product after all. Does it give your jaw a workout? Yes it does. I love a product that does what it says on the tin, and this is certainly one of those types of product. My job as a reviewer is to tell you that you will in fact get a jaw workout if you buy these, as the product claims. It is up to you if you see the product as being good value for money and worth buying or not...
