Works really well!
I just got this because I added a new M4 Mac Mini to my workflow and wanted a true T4 dock so I can connect all my peripherals. • So far, this thing ROCKS! It's fast! • There are a lot of ports, I don't need to have a separate power supply connected to my MBP now. • If I want or need to use it for the M4 Mini, I know it will be as fast as the native T4 ports on the Mini. • It's quiet, no noise at all. • I hasn't gotten hot at all even with all the T4 ports filled with external drives. • It comes with its own power supply that conveniently has a long cord. • I've had it for a few weeks and have not had ANY issues at all.

Worked until it didn't.
It worked really well for about a year and then my peripherals just stopped responding. I would have to restart it to get them running again.
