La almohada es cómoda y cumple su función para quienes dormimos de lado, pero no me convenció la calidad del material del relleno, de hecho ellos envían más, supongo para rellenar donde se empieza a hundir; Se hunde rápidamente del lado que se usa. No la devolví porque el diseño está bien pensado, pero no la volvería a comprar. ( en la foto pueden detallar a lo que me refiero que está más baja de un lado que del otro!

I was looking for a pillow to help with my shoulder pain since I sleep on my side. I really like this pillow, but I wish it sat just a little bit taller in the front where my head goes so my shoulder wouldn't have so much pressure on it when I'm sleeping on my side. It's a great pillow, and I absolutely love how when I'm sleeping on my side, I can wrap my arm through the gap on the side.The pillow is super soft and firm (if that makes sense), so it's perfect for what I was looking for. It comes with extra cushion pieces so you can fill the pillow up to make it firmer if you'd like. I tried this and the pillow was just a little too firm so I ended up taking the cushion pieces back out that I added. It has three sections in the pillow separated by zippers where you can add cushion pieces. You can take out OR add cushion pieces on the left side, the middle of the pillow, or the right side of the pillow to make it softer or firmer to meet your preference.The pillow is great and it does take a lot of pressure off my shoulder compared to the "regular" pillow i was using. What I did do to make my head sit higher was turn the pillow around, which really helped as well. This had my head sit higher. I really like this pillow and use it every night, and my shoulder pain has not been as bad since I've been using it.Remember, this pillow is for side sleepers and stomach sleepers. It is not a pillow if you've had neck surgery and you are looking for a cervical pillow. If you've had neck surgery, or you are looking strictly for a cervical pillow to help with the adjustment of your neck while you're sleeping, there are a lot of other choices out there that I would recommend, but if you are looking for an overall pillow that offers comfort and is meant for side sleepers in stomach sleepers, this is definitely a great pillow to grab

I tried this out for a few days. It was soft enough, and the shape was interesting but I felt it more for a back sleeper with the way and areas the pillow puffed up. I did try to side sleep in the crevices but I ended up waking up in the center since that is what I am used to. I'd need to spend more time getting used to it. I found the shape to be interesting, but I did feel like it wasn't doing exactly what I needed for me personally. I'll mess with it some more another time to see if I can get it to work personally for me and my side sleeping.

I use memory foam pillows, shredded foam pillows, and cervical pillows and this one actually ended up making my neck sore the next morning after sleeping on it all night. That was definitely a bummer. I went straight back to my cervical pillow and my neck feels better today. Great concept, but definitely not for side sleepers. The cover is nice though, if I could fit it on a pillow I actually like I could use it for something.
