What a load of rubbish worst idea ever , taste terrible & waste of money,please don't waste your money..

Bought to 'chisel' my jaws and strengthen them. Good flavour, however, it did weaken quickly but continued as a more subtle flavour afterwards that keeps for a long time. Very tough so be careful if you have sensitive or brittle teeth. Will definitely buy again. This flavour is more of my taste than the mint one and I think is more pleasant, however, one should but true to their tastes.

Meh. First time trying this type of product and I read that you shouldn't be able to bit through it on the first bite (supposed to be tougher than regular gum) but can.3 stars because the taste is alright though

After 3 weeks using this, my bite strength has improved so much I can now crack one of these in half. Made my teeth stronger in my jaw as well.I do use a silicone jaw strengthener as well.Both = 5*

The gum is like a rock to begin with and very difficult to breakdown and start chewing. When it does breakdown it is not that great either. I was also very disappointed when I looked closely at the contents of B vitamins which are very low and arguably a bit of a gimmick.

Too hard to the point it can damage your teeth and taste gross. :/

good taste , does make a difference with the face muscles for sure

What makes this tuff to chew is the lack of flavour. No taste after no joke 5 seconds. Apart from that does what it’s supposed to do
