They had these balls at my trainer's which is part of a Physical Therapy clinic, I tried them and had to have some for my home. I read reviews that there are cheap knock offs out there, but these were exactly like my gym/PT's. Perfect material, weight an texture. They just give me a great pick me up for my feet, and hitting on the pressure points that help with the rest of my body. Came in nice packaging too, highly recommend.

Remarkable improvement over two months of using these balls nightly on my outer knee.Surprisingly good results.I injured my knee and was experiencing nerve pain for six months after surgery.
