My initial order for this item came in a plastic bag with items missing. I received 3 towels and 1 loop strap but none of the carabiners. I contacted amazon support and they offered a refund or replacement. I simply just wanted the missing parts mailed out rather than dealing with the hassle of a return or refund. I contacted the seller directly and they sent me an entirely new order and let me keep the old one. The new order came in a proper box with the company logo sticker and all items included. This company stands behind their product and went above and beyond to rectify my situation. I've only had a chance to use the product once so far but it performed great.
