It's like normal orange marmalade but with lime
Was very pleasantly surprised, its a nice lime flavoured conserve and the slivered lime rinds were little bursts of extra flavour really enjoyable in morning with coffee or tea.

The best lime marmalade
The best lime marmalade and tastes way better than orange, lemon or mixed grapefruit marmalades. Very good price as well. Nice and semi firm and can actually see rind/peel in it unlike a lot of cheapo marmalade which is just jelly gloop.

Good substitute
I love lime marmalade roses in particular but it's so expensive so I thought I would try this and was really surprised it's just like roses will definitely be buying again
