If i stick these inside a kitchen cupboard door, are they strong enough to adhere a thin magnetic sheet to the outside?

It sure of rating but for purpose of modeling they work brilliantly. I use them for magnetising arms and legs of Warhammer models so they are easy to change out for different types if gameplay

Could you stick cabochons to these with superglue?

I do not have cabochons but I stuck a magnet to a plastic plug with superglue as some kind of test and it took pliers to get it off. The magnets have an outer coating of nickel or some kind of metal so they seem strong. Try sticking a cabochon to something that contains nickel like a coin or whatever and if it sticks then it should stick to the magnet. If in doubt it is possible to buy a small 10 pcs pack of an online site for £0.99p to test them first. Basically I don't know :)
