ELEGANT 760mm Frameless Pivot Shower Door Enclosure 6mm Safety Glass Reversible Shower Cubicle Door

I got this as a replacement for a bifold door on my ensuite shower. I didn't like the bi-fold as it collected the mould and was very difficult to clean as you had to get in the shower to do it properly. So an opening door is a better solution. This one suited me as it has a very minimalist frame, a small threshold and a full height hinge, all of which means there are less places for the mould to build up.It was easy to fit though the instructions weren't especially clear and took a bit of figuring out. It is good quality and fits together nicely. The hinge works well and it closely firmly against the magnetic seal. There is a very small amount water seepage along the bottom seal from splashes. The only criticism I have is that the bottom bar does not fix on to the hinge side - you have to silicone it onto the shower tray.The item arrived well packaged and undamaged, which was a concern. Definitely worth the money.

This item was purchased several weeks ago but only fitted today. I was very impressed with both the quality of the shower door and the ease of installation following straightforward instructions. It works very smoothly and gives maximum possible access to the shower. It would have been a dream job to fit if it hadn't been for drilling the six holes through 12mm thick porcelain tiles! I particularly like the fact that there is no top frame as this looks better aesthetically in my bathroom.

Gerat looking door, good solid build quality and easy to fit with easy alignment for different widths, only give 4 stars as when you open the door after showering the water runs down and drips onto the floor, however this is probably the same for all doors of this design. Overall an excellent door and value for money.

Our en-suit shower sliding door broke as the roller failed. looking at replacement the part, it made more sense to replace the whole fitting than the part. We looked for a door which would fit into a 730-740 opening and found this one which looked to fit in the space.We were attracted to the design as it was simple, stylish finish and would look as though there was no door. Looking at the pictures I could see there was lower strip to stop water from the shower leaking, as well as magnetic door seal.Fitting was fairly simple, our tiles were a little problem as they had a raised pattern 1/2 way up the surround uprights, however as there is a fairly large tolerance in this design this was accommodated.The overall opening was a little tight with the mag strip door seal in place due to the above issue but with a little DIY adjustment it worked out well. The lower door silver strip is held in place with mastic and allows the water to run back into the shower tray. The lower door seal is cleverly designed, there are two flaps, one creates a lip over the door strip so water running down the glass run back into the shower. and the one in the front seals the front of the door.Instructions are clear, though graphics about the lower door strip and lower door seal could be larger to make it simpler to follow. All screws are included as well as a wooden block to make sure the lower door opening is the correct height and opening.Overall it is a nice simple classic style !!

Purchased this door unsure if I’d be able to fit it myself as the opening was a little under the 700mm and slightly off skew. However after studying the instructions and thinking it through, I took on the task and am very pleased with the result. It has been very well thought out by the manufacturer to make it easy for us DIYers to manage so well done them. And of course the added bonus is that it looks absolutely great, a very professional finish.

Item was delivered on time. I had it installed by a professional team installing a new bathroom suite.That is the good.After several months (about 5 after fitting which was delayed due to lockdown/pandemic) the door stopped closing properly allowing water to leak on to the floor. Despite trying to rectify this nothing worked so I used the Amazon Message Centre to get in touch with Elegant Showers - phones were not being answered due to pandemic and there was a message to this effect when you called. I wanted the manufacturers contact details so I could ask them to come and take a look.I tried a number of times, as did Amazon on my behalf but there was no response - at all, to either myself or Amazon.Amazon then requested a return - which was declined. Ah, so there is someone there working.... just not answering emails.Further investigations showed that the manufacturer appears to be Sunny Showers. Great, I'll contact them. Doh, that is the same company and so still no response.I give up! I have another shower door by the same company which, so far, is fine. IF there is an issue with it I now know there will be no help or support - or even acknowledgement - from Elegant Showers.I am also disappointed with Amazon, who have always been good in the past, for not pursuing this further instead of just trying to do the same as myself - with the same results - nothing.Buy from this company at your own peril. Fine if there are no issues but DO NOT expect and customer service, after sales support or a reply.Rant over!

The door is of good quality and installation was straight forward. The finished job looks very good but the magnetic strip securing the door is finished in clear plastic . This would have been better if given a silver finish to match the adjacent frame. A good product at a good price.
