Hook and Loop Roll, White, 2-in x 10-Ft Hook and Loop Tape Heavy Duty Strips with Adhesive, Fastening Strips with Adhesive for Fabric, Tools- XFasten

The Velcro itself works incredible with industrial strength and the adhesive side of each Velcro piece does adhere very well to solid, non-porous objects & items. However, the adhesive side does not stick/adhere well on fabric items. Otherwise, I would have given more than 5 stars if possible to do! I purposely purchased this to adhere one strip to the wooden ledge work around a doorway and then a piece of matching size to a heavier style curtain to close off entrance thru that doorway and for keeping sunlight from coming out of that room in summer, as well as to keep drafts from coming out of that same room in the winter. And the Velcro side is so strong, that in the few events that we do need to open the Velcro closed curtain to go thru that entrance, the Velcro rips off of the curtain and stays attached to the adhered piece of Velcro on the door ledge... I wish we could find a way to get the sticky side of the Velcro piece to stay attached to the curtain... It's like I said, the strength of the actual Velcro is incredible, but the sticky side will only stick to certain items/materials... I would love any suggestions the seller may have! Either way it's a great product for certain jobs and tasks... Just be sure to clean the item that you're adhering the sticky side to, prior to adhering it to that item.

Industrial? The people should be sued for false advertizing. I'd like to know what industry uses this product. The adhesive used is crap. It does not stay glued even with very little weight. I tried to use this product to hold very small round plastic lights under my kitchen cabinets and it failed in less than 24 hours. I also tried to use this on Christmas lights glued to an aluminum gutter. I cleaned the gutter well before I applied the hook and loop. I used about 6 strips per string of lights. These are LED Christmas lights not the heavy older style ones. It was nor freezing outside when I put the lights up, it was around 55 degrees and maybe 40 at night. Within a week several of the strips had fallen on each string of lights.I would not recommend this product to anyone for any reason. It's a waste of money.

I purchased this velcro strip to hang our dog signs on our pvc fence. When I was attaching the one side to the sign my finger came into contact with the sticky adhesive on the back and whoa 😲 buddy it was very sticky. The scissors I was using to cut the strips had transfer adhesive residue on them and they started to stick closed. I used 90% rubbing alcohol and professional strength nail polish remover to remove the adhesive off my scissors. When it came time to hang the other side of the velcro to the fence it was very easy and simple. I just peeled the paper protecting the adhesive off and pressed it against our fence and voila. The velcro itself is strong too. I went to pull a sign down off the fence as if I was going to clean the fence and it took a little work to get the sign down. This is a good thing with the unpredictable weather we have here is Florida. It has get to rain but we’ve had a fairly windy day the other day and all the signs stayed securely put. Very happy with this product will recommend to anyone who is in need of velcro.

The XFasten Adhesive Hook and Loop was amazing!! I had a moderately heavy valance that I wanted to hang on a cornice board. The valance came with loop and hook tape on one side, so I just needed to attach XFasten to the board. The adhesive on the tape was pretty sticky, but not one to take any chances, I also used a little glue, but I'm not sure it was necessary. I followed the instructions and made sure the board was absolutely clean and let the tape "cure" for 24 hours after attaching it to the board. Since then I have attached and removed the valance several times to position it correctly. No problem with separating the valance from the cornice, but it had a secure grip. The valance has been hung and I have no worries that it will detach from the cornice on its own. Now that I know it works so well, I am going to use XFasten tape to attach the pillows to my leather couch.

I bought this for 2 purposes. The first is to hold our remote control onto our headboard - we're always losing it while watching TV in bed. I cut a small strip from the first roll, then cut a matching piece from the second roll. Cleaned both the headboard and the remote control with rubbing alcohol. Stuck the first piece onto the headboard and the second onto the remote control. The remote control isn't flat, but contoured, so I wasn't sure this would work. It did. I immediately tried to test it, and the adhesive came off the headboard. But I put it back on, and left it for a couple of hours. It now holds wonderfully.I do wish it came in a single roll, fastened together, instead of two separate rolls. It would then be easier to cut matching pieces.

I used this to velcro up some "walls" in the camper. It is hot as hades in there. It is holding up perfectly. I used room darkening curtains to make walls around the bathroom of the pop up camper. I made 4 inch strips and stuck one side to the top of the camper and one side to the fabric, which has some weight to it. I put a strip of velcro every 12-18 inches. They are holding strong. Now I can bring the walls down when we pack up and easily put them back up when we get to a campground. You get two rolls, one of hook, one of loop. Great product.

Wow! Totally amazed by the sticking ability of the Velcro. My wife used it to place a valance up in our 4-season room. All we had to do was clean the area and secure the Velcro. I will definitely use this product for other areas/projects. The cost was reasonable. Item shipped/arrived in two days. Very pleased with product/company. Highly recommend!!

The product is of good quality and company is fast to respond. It states in the product details that it is sewable, it isn't. I have a commercial sewing machine and it hummed up my needle. Company suggests putting oil or goo gone on the needle. Not very practical.

This product is every bit as good as the "original" Velcro, but considerably lower in price (not paying for a brand name), which, at the time of buying it, did cause me some concern, so was pleasantly surprised to find my fears weren't justified.I purchased the "Hook and Loop" tape for a unique project which required mounting one part on an aluminum frame and the other onto a piece of fabric. For reasons that I should have anticipated before making the purchase, the tape wouldn't adhere to the fabric as well as I had hoped (but it stuck perfectly onto the metal).I contacted the folk at Apipema (the sellers of this XFasten product), and explained my situation in the hopes that they may be able to recommend a solution. They immediately went to work and studied what I was attempting to do, and my choice of product to do it with, and replied, within hours of my writing them, with a very detailed, insightful list of options.This "Hook and Loop" product is, as I said in the beginning, as good as the original, in every way. The customer service offered by Apipema is as good and caring as anybody could ever ask for. I am pleased to recommend this company and their products (and, no, I did not receive their product to review - I truly purchased it to use).

Used the Velcro to secure my outdoor furniture cushions to the vinyl chair base. Adhesiveness does need to be augmented a bit because of the application I was using it for, however, that said, the Velcro itself is of excellent quality and definitely worth the money.

Contient du velcro donc il faut utiliser deux (2) applications minimum à chaque fois, pour profiter de meilleurs adhérences. Il faut utiliser derrière l'objet à suspendre en-haut et en-bas. Bon pour les petits objets pas trop pesants ni encombrants.

As they said adhesive was really good, but as they cling together so strongly the adhesive does not stick and I will have to sew them on. Making the 2 extra rolls I bought useless as the attended purpose cannot be sewn. Very very disappointed

I've yet to find an adhesive "hook and loop" fastener where the adhesive was actually stronger than the fastener. This is no different. Works fine to attach things that you want to option of removing sometime maybe, but I wouldn't use it for something that you want to remove often and quickly.
