Q: Ron, being that your the only reviewer I can ask a question too.. How's the drill holding up, have you had any problems with it yet ? Thanks ..

I bought one of these at the start of 2016 for work purposes. Not in the construction trade, more of an engineering facility. It still sees moderate use on a daily basis and the drill still works great. Like it so much that I bought one for home use based on what I saw in the workplace. Batteries charge quickly and last longer than expected. Power is comparable to a corded drill.

Q: I need it to work with 220v conditions in Saudi Arabia. Will the charger be able to work with 220v?

The 110v Charger supplied IS NOT and NEVER WILL BE a Universal Charger. You will need to order the Makita 220v Charger, seperately.

Q: What does it mean: "Chuck type: keyless"?

It means you don't need a chuck key to change drill bits, screw driver bits, or wrench bits. You just turn the shaft cover to either tighten or loosen the drill to install or remove the bits. This is very easy to use and I have never had a drill bit slip with this mechanism.
