As someone new to yoga there were not enough illustrations. Some pages of the book were not separated.

This book provides easy exercises with step-by-step instructions . The best part is that it only takes 10 minutes a day . These exercises have been helping me to improve my overall balance, which is extremely important to me

Doing yoga after 60
This book is a guide for yoga and the benefits of yoga. It has detailed instructions and is really a low impact workout. These exercises can be completed while you are setting in a chair. I like that it helps my osteoarthritis in my hips, back, knees and hands, as I am a senior over sixty. It has warm up exercises and breathing techniques which I found useful. Overall a pretty good book for seniors.

This is one amazing book for those looking to improve flexibility at their pace. The exercises are complete yet fun too. You can do them anytime anywhere!

Chair yoga for seniors over 60
I think exercise is good at any age but chair yoga is really wonderful because it allows seniors to workout at their own pace and also feel safe. This book will help teach the correct and proper way to do each yoga exercise and learn how to properly stretch. What is really great about this book is that is does help you see some of the poses and helps you with breathing techniques. I would highly recommend this book to any place that teaches seniors.

Must read not many pictures
I needed an illustration book on chair yoga so all I needed to do was look at it and go to next exercise. This book is in print more than illustrations. Didn’t work for me.

Chair Yoga for Over 60
Very informative, well written and the audio book guide is very helpful in the beginning

Disappointing
Bought this book for an elderly person who has no prior acquaintance with yoga, fully expecting to find pictures/illustrations accompanying all the various exercises.. Unfortunately this has relatively few pictures per exercise (black and white at that). Instead there is a lot of written instruction for poses which will only confuse my elderly friend. At least it can be refunded.
