These are definitely cheaper than the name brand and work well. I had to splice 1/2 PEX to polybutylene under a mobile home and had no leaks so far and easy to use. I would buy them again if I need more.

Work just as well as the name brand
I recently purchased these plumbing fittings to replace a water heater. They work just as well as the name brand but at almost half the price. However, I wouldn't trust either one behind a finished wall. If you are looking for a low-cost option, these are a good choice.

He had to redo our water lines as the old home owners did not have them placed correctly. These were very easy to use and held up amazingly over the cold winter. No drips and disconnected pipes.
