I just used this for the first time. Wow! Very easy to incorporate into the strawberries to dissolve. It sure made a delicious strawberry jam.

I like the taste of the jam with lower sugar. It is more fruity. Can not find this near me and I accept the high cost of this.

No directions in box. Very expensive for low sugar?
Really cheap to make customer try to find directions o-line. Not everyone uses computer

Surejell works great.
I use the Surejell to make my homemade cranberries. My husband is Diabetic so I use Splenda instead of sugar. Without the Surejell it doesn't set up. Turns out good every time.
