This is a nice addition to your golf bag, or a great gift for that golfer in your life. The holder is made of nice quality and there are multiple refills included as well. The pencil is included and there is an attached holder for it. I haven't played a round yet, so i'm looking forward to taking it with me on the next round.

Great Gift for the Golfer in your Family

I'm NOT a golfer, so I don't know how useful the scorecard and stats will be. I guess the idea is that if you keep track of what you used and how you did it, that information can help you improve your game. But even if your golfer person doesn't want to use the stats sheets, the scorecard itself can be very useful. It has a sturdy back so you can hold your cardboard scorecard easier, and it includes a little pencil for recording your score as you go. I think it would be very useful! After my golfing husband's birthday, I'll ask him how much he likes it. I can update my review then, if the information I've shared has changed.
