How many times a day should you use it to be most effective?

I use it twice a day, morning and evening. In the morning before I apply foundation. Been using it for years.

What’s the recommended age for this line?

50+ maybe....However, I think it's never too early to use good lotions.

I opened my product and there was no security seal on the jar. Anyone else have this experience? Is this a legitimate Loccitane product?

My L’Occitane products always come in new box that is sealed and the product/container itself has the security seal protecting the product.

Pricey but must have eye cream

Lightweight, cream gel like texture eye cream. Very light scent. A little goes a long way. Wouldn't be without it.
