First of all, this isn't a toy, it's used to treat well known and often not spoken about health issues.My OH has experienced tightness and muscle spasm after the menopause which has made love making difficult and painful. A lot of the problem is the initial feeling of pain which then causes the muscles to tighten and cause discomfort (I belwive this is known as vaginismus). She was a little embarrassed and reticent to seek medical advice as she is otherwise healthy. We read about vaginismus and one of the treatments was to use dialators such as these so we decided to give them a go.The devices are extremely smooth and caused my OH no negative effects. They really helped to get things used to the muscle expansion and they have really helped. The results were not immediate and you do need to take it slowly, but with patience you will get there.I can only assume that these would be equally effective for thongs like tampon training, I'm obviously a little bit limited as to my comments. However, based on our experience, I can wholeheartedly recommend.Just bear in mind that we are older and had an idea of what the issue was. You are always advised to seek medical advice with any health issues prior to self medicating.

First and foremost, the silicone material used in these dilators is incredibly comfortable and gentle. They are well-made and easy to use. The smooth texture and flexibility of these dilators make the experience much more bearable. But I use it with lubricant for more comfort.The set has 5 different sizes. It allowed me to start with the smallest dilator (and it really small should I say) and I will continue gradually to progress to larger ones.The cotton storage pouch included in the package is nice to touch and feels sturdy.I really like this set)

I’ve decided to try these to see if they help pain during sex, there are a variety of sizes and they are easy to keep clean. I use sex toy cleaning fluid cleanser but you don’t have to use that.Forget tampon use, gave up on that years ago and I now use sustainable options, reusable.They are not painful to use, but it’s too soon for me to say if they’re helping yet.

These pelvic floor trainers are good quality and I like the design. They are comfortable to use and I like the range of sizes. They are easy to clean.
